Welcome to the majestic playground of mile-long Lake Logan surrounded by the Shining Rock Wilderness and the Great Balsam Mountains. Festival goers are welcome and encouraged to explore all that our campus has to offer. Enjoy a walk in the woods, soak in some bald eagle sightings by the river, or go for a boat ride or swim in the pristine waters of Lake Logan.
Our waterfront offers canoes, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards that everyone is welcome to use during your time at the festival.
The Kid Zone offers endless hours of tetherball, soccer, corn hole, giant Jenga and more. Throughout the weekend Camp Henry counselors offer various activities like bracelet-making and tie-dye. Haywood Waterways leads tubing adventures down the Pigeon River while Curtis Wright Outfitters offers lessons in fly tying and field casting. There’s a little something for everyone at Cold Mountain!
