Lake Logan is excited to announce our next Cold Mountain Music Festival August 12, 2023. This growing event brought families together on the beautiful Lake Logan property to enjoy good music, wholesome fun, and local food and beverages. 2022 was our best Festival ever with 1500 attendees and an amazing lineup of bands. We hope you will join us in helping make 2023 Cold Mountain Music Festival a success.
All proceeds from the Cold Mountain Music Festival support the ministries of Lake Logan – the Retreat Center, Camp Henry, and the Outdoor School. This includes summer camp scholarships, program development, maintenance of our beautiful land and historic facilities, and the ability to offer free and sliding scale fees for some of our educational and spiritual programs.
Once again, the Festival will be held on the stunning grounds of Lake Logan in Canton, North Carolina. Past headliners have included Hiss Golden Messenger, Yonder Mountain String Band, Calexico, The Milk Carton Kids, Shovels and Rope, Mandolin Orange, and Steep Canyon Rangers. We will continue to offer top-notch musical talent, lakefront activities for all, the Camp Henry family area, food vendors and local libations, the Friday Night Party, and the VIP After Party at the Sit ‘n’ Whittle Lodge. We anticipate breaking our attendee record of 1500.
We hope you will join us in making the 2023 Cold Mountain Music Festival a great success. Lake Logan serves as an important part of the fabric of Haywood County and all Western North Carolina. Our parishes, our youth, and our neighbors go to Lake Logan to find peace and renewal, as well as to enjoy family recreation in the glorious outdoors.
