• Over the course of 2025 nearly 500 campers, counselors, chaplains, nurses, staff, and volunteers were transformed by the beloved community cultivated at Camp Henry – and – nearly 4,000 multigenerational lifelong learners came to Lake Logan for inspiration and rejuvenation at our Retreat Center and our Outdoor School.

Our campus has a long way to go before the damages of Helene no longer impede our ability to fully utilize the gifts of nature that surround us. Your sponsorship is a direct investment in the life-changing programs that define our legacy and help secure the future of Lake Logan for generations to come!

Our Presenting Sponsor is featured on Cold Mountain Music Festival radio promotions, the Main Stage banner and will have the opportunity to welcome festival goers from the Main Stage. The Presenting ($9k) Sponsor receives sixteen VIP Boojum’s passes. A four bedroom lakeside festival cabin is included in the Presenting Sponsor’s package! (This option is full for 2026). 

ALL Sponsorship-levels include logos on the website, festival banners, and print materials, featured shout-outs on social media and between band performances on the Main stage. Logo sizes and frequency of promotions are commensurate with sponsorship levels. All Sponsors are invited to share promotional materials at our Silent Auction tent adjacent to the Cold Mountain Music merch store.

New to 2026 – our Sponsor pass now includes access to a Sponsor’s only backstage tent with snacks, appetizers, cold na and adult beverages and an opportunity for meet and greets with our outstanding line-up of talented musicians.

Ruby ($5k) sponsors receive ten Sponsor passes. Emerald ($3k) sponsors receive six Sponsor passes. Sapphire ($1k) sponsors receive two Sponsor passes. The Sponsor pass also includes Boojum’s VIP perks:

• Boojum’s VIP Hospitality Tent on the festival field all weekend – with shaded tables and chairs, private restroom, snacks, freshly prepared appetizers, and cold na beverages
• Boojum’s Happy Hour at the Hospitality Tent on Friday and Saturday (new to 2026!)
• 4 additional adult beverage tickets (may be redeemed at the Hospitality Tent bar) 
• Breakfast tickets on Saturday and Sunday (Southern Appalachian home cooking and hospitality)
